Coast 2 Coast LIVE LLC (“Coast 2 Coast”) thanks you for your upcoming participation in one of our artist showcase events (“Event”). By participating, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Registration & Fees

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot. Remaining balances must be paid prior to the Event.

• Deposits may be applied toward a future Event with at least one (1) week’s notice.

• Events fill quickly; your participation is confirmed only after full payment and receipt of a confirmation email.

2. Check-In & Performance Rules

• Artists must check in at the designated time and remain until winners are announced. Failure to check in or be present for your slot may result in forfeiture.

• Performance order is set after check-in.

• Each artist may perform one (1) song with pre-recorded background music.

• No a cappella sets, DJ sets, or live instruments are permitted.

• Only the registered artist is allowed on stage (no entourage).

• Music must be submitted on USB drive or digital format as instructed; artists should bring backups.

3. Judging & Prizes

• Judges score on: Originality, Quality, Stage Presence, Marketability, and Overall Potential.

• Scores are final. Artists receive a copy via email post-event.

• Prizes are awarded at Coast 2 Coast’s discretion. First-place winners may qualify for the Grand Championship ($50,000 prize pool).

• Benefits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Conduct & Safety

• All artists must comply with applicable laws, regulations, and venue rules.

• Coast 2 Coast may remove participants for unsafe, unlawful, or disruptive conduct.

• Prohibited items include firearms, weapons, oversized bags, and illegal substances.

• All participants consent to security screenings and confiscation of prohibited items.

5. Media Release

By participating, you grant Coast 2 Coast the right to record, photograph, and otherwise capture your performance, likeness, and voice. Coast 2 Coast retains all rights, title, and interest in such recordings and may use them for promotional, commercial, or informational purposes in perpetuity, without compensation.

6. Marketing & Name/Likeness

Coast 2 Coast may use your name, likeness, images, and biographical information in promotional materials related to the Event across all media platforms, before, during, and after the Event.

7. SMS & Electronic Communications

By providing your mobile number and/or email address, you consent to receive communications from Coast 2 Coast LIVE, including Event reminders, updates, promotions, and marketing messages.

• Your mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

8. Event Changes & Cancellations

• Coast 2 Coast reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or relocate Events.

• Refunds are issued only if an Event is canceled by Coast 2 Coast for reasons within our control.

• No refunds are available for cancellations due to force majeure or circumstances beyond our control.

• Coast 2 Coast is not responsible for travel or other costs incurred.

9. Liability & Indemnification

• Participation is at your own risk. You release and discharge Coast 2 Coast from liability for any personal injury, property loss, or damages arising from Event participation.

• You agree to indemnify and hold Coast 2 Coast harmless from any claims, damages, or costs (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your actions, omissions, or violation of these terms.

10. Eligibility

• You must provide accurate information when registering.

• You represent that you are legally capable of agreeing to these Terms.

• If under 18, a parent/guardian must consent to participation.

11. Modifications

Coast 2 Coast may modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the changes.
