FROM THE HOOD TO THE BOARDROOM Krypto is more than just a rapper. He has a real relationship with music as his first love and uses rap to tell stories of his trials and triumphs. Like a lot of young men, Krypto looked to his father for inspiration as he developed in music. Watching his father DJ, music was always his outlet and like his father, Krypto uses music as a way to cope and coexist in life. His passion for the rap game is beyond making money and the typical success of what a rap star looks like. He’s already successful in his career and just so happens to love to rap. He developed his knowledge of the streets from what he experienced in the trap and transferred that knowledge of the game to his business, redefining his hustle. Where some artists look to differentiate themselves in a crowded market, Krypto sees his business acumen as a point of distinction. This translates to his musical style and his limitless delivery from his bars to his Rugged, Raw & Rich flow . The feelings of the 90s up the early 2000s music is what made Krypto fall in love with hip-hop. He only started to take it seriously when he heard Nas say hip hop was dead, and he understood what he meant. Influenced by legends such as Jay-Z, 50, Biggie, Pac, Fabolous, Jeezy, Jadakiss, Snoop, Kendrick Lamar, Kanye and more, he took a page out of all of their books, found his pocket and ran with it. From freestyling with the homies to battle rapping, Krypto became confident and found a new meaning in instrumentals. He remembers thinking that whenever a new artist dropped a new song, all he wanted to do was to focus on the beat. Krypto was more impressed with the beats than the lyrics. He couldn’t wait to get his hands on that instrumental so he could get with the gang and rap over them. Krypto is ready to jump in the deep end and learn to swim or die. He doesn’t have anything to prove to anybody but himself and has everything to gain. With him making his music debut in 2022, Krypto wants to accomplish it all and the sky's the limit. He has yet to make his mark but it’s coming. Just wait.
