Born and raised in Chicago, Reneé was introduced to music at a young age. She started playing piano before the age of 4 and created her first song by the time she was 5. She always wanted to be an artist and even a writer. She’d write poems, stories, raps. She wrote songs in school that her classmates would sing to.
