  DaShawn Carter of Milwaukee, Wisconsin started singing at the age of 13. Carter merges soul with the universal sounds of pop and R&B. A songwriter and producer in his own right, Carter is prepared to navigate the industry and bring a style of music out of Milwaukee yet to be heard in the mainstream. Currently working on his latest album, Carter is constantly working toward his goal of being an R&B star - performing, singing, and dancing - to make the ladies scream and get the people moving.
