Noelle was born a goddess raised in the 2014 Fortune magazine most corrupt state, Mississippi. Noelle resided in a small town in MS Golden Triangle Area known as West Point where she was raised by her aunt and uncle. Her aunt and uncle were determined to not have the hood in their home, despite the state of their community. Because of this Noelle discovered many talents and became involved in theatre arts at home, school and church. Her first major exposure to music was in the St. Matthews COGIC youth choir. Blues, Jazz, HipHop/Rap, Soul, Gospel were popular genres in the home. Noelle credits her school teachers for introducing her to Beethoven, Handel and Hildegard von Bingen. Noelles'''' favorite instrument is the saxophone but in the 5th grade she joined the middle school band and played the flute.
Noelle moved from the GTA to Jackson, MS to live with her mother in 2006. Jackson is the one place she learned the most about survival of the fittest and street smarts. She graduated from Lanier High in 2007 marking the beginning of real struggles as a young black female in America. She attended college for a few months and dropped out... traveled to New Orleans and landed a gig in the city, thus becoming addicted to the fast life. Unfortunately, it was the death of her best friend that made her fully commit to the right path. She moved back to Jackson and has been steadfast and focused to not fail. Goddess went back to college, and graduated all the while working as a background singer and songwriter for local artists in the city of Jackson and booking shows in the city.
2011 she released two mixtapes (Fashionably Late and Goddess Witta Attitude). Noelle found herself being named the hottest female emcee out of Mississippi in no time. 2012, she was featured on Street Official TV "Ladies of The Sipp" episode. Noelle also earned the title of 2013 Artist to Watch in Jackson, MS. Noelle even blessed the city of Boston, Mass with her Goddess style during a show summer 2014. Her talents have been recognized by XXL, Coast2Coast, WomenofHipHop.com, The Extreme Tour, Bands4Good, Industry All Access, HYPE Magazine, Jackson Free Press, Jackson HipHop Scene and the Southern Entertainment Awards. Most recently, Noelle was nominated for 2015 Hip-Hop Female Artist of the Year for the Jackson Music Awards.
