1. All song submissions will be screened by the Management Team of Coast 2 Coast Mixtapes and listened to for consideration to perform at the selected event
2. Artists will be responsible for applicable performance fee if selected. A deposit to lock in the performance slot may be required
3. All submissions receive placement on the Audio page for voting by the public, votes will be considered in all decisions
4. All artists receive a login and profile on the Coast 2 Coast Mixtapes page
5. All decisions on showcase selections will be solely subject to Coast 2 Coast Mixtapes and our employees and managers.
6. We will in no way steal or use your information or music without your express permission, by submitting your track you give Coast 2 Coast the non-exclusive right to place your material on a single mixtape for promotional use only. We in NO way ever sell your music or mixtapes and will not benefit financially from exploitation of your music.
7. Lil Fats, Inc. DBA Coast 2 Coast Mixtapes is in no way liable for your upload, you indemnify Lil Fats, Inc. from any claims or arbitrations that may arise from your use of media and copyrighted materials.
8. All submissions will receive confirmation through email regarding selection for performance spots
